While there are several things the pastor hopes to see the church accomplish in 2025, he is starting with these five actions:
- Pursue an Inspired Vision (Our Unified Direction)
- Begin our worship services clearly and positively and conclude with clarity. (Set the right tone for beginning worship and present the appropriate challenge for serving the Lord in the world in concluding the service)
- Develop an effective prayer evangelism ministry
- Lead the church members to complete a Spiritual Gifts Inventory, followed up with skills development
- The pastor will develop a list of reputable mental health professional for referrals
As these are accomplished, there will be more activities listed.
